“ I had the Red Curry Lunch Special and it was absolutely delicious! The curry was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of heat. The portion size was generous, and it came with rice and a small side, making it a great value for the price. For something this tasty and affordable, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommended for a satisfying lunch! ”
“ A hidden gem in Hell’s Kitchen! Thonglor NYC is a small, cozy Thai spot with deliciously authentic food and a charming, homey vibe. The space is tight and they don’t take reservations, so it fills up fast — but that’s part of the experience. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the decor was cute and welcoming. We started with the crispy golden bags, which were perfectly fried, light, and flavorful — a great appetizer. The yellow curry was rich and comforting with just the right amount of spice, and the portion was generous. We also tried a seafood dry suki, which was packed with flavor and had beautifully cooked seafood — definitely worth trying. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but honestly, the size adds to the charm. I feel lucky to have this spot in my neighborhood within walking distance. Definitely a go-to for solid Thai food in the city. ”
“ SOOOOOOO good! I happened to stumble upon this place by sheer chance just walking through the neighborhood and it absolutely blew me away. Delicious food, great service, cute ambience, not that much more you could ask for. ”
“ A great spot for newcomers to Thai cuisine—the spice levels are mild, making it easy to explore the flavors without feeling overwhelmed. That said, as someone who enjoys more authentic Thai heat, I found the curry lacking the punch I was hoping for. The dish was still tasty, but I was left wanting deeper, more complex flavor notes. The atmosphere is cheerful and inviting, with golden decor and traditional Thai music that help create a culturally immersive experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warmth of the visit ”
“ We absolutely love this place. The food is very authentic. It’s a small location, but they do a great job of getting you your order relatively quickly. Everything is very delicious and some people were even waiting outside because of how good the food is. There were also a lot of delivery orders we could see your people coming for takeout. I highly recommend you trying this place. It can get very busy around dinner time so come before then or a little bit after like around 7:30 p.m.. ”
